NHC Now Agrees: Arthur to Reach Cat. 2 Before Landfall

We forecast 90-100mph gusts on Tuesday and NHC has now raised its intensity forecast of Arthur to 105 mph with stronger gusts. The storm now has a forward movement of 10 mph.
