Arthur: Hurricane Warning Issued

Tropical Storm Arthur is just below hurricane strength and is expected to strengthen and become a hurricane by morning. An eye structure is developing as the storm moves slowly toward the north.

I'm expecting sustained winds to peak around 85-90 mph with gusts above 100 mph and coastal flooding.
